Hannover Re is a traditional reinsurer that offers, among other things, run-off management, i.e. the business management of the run-off of discontinued business. A software application is to be designed and implemented as a cloud-native solution to financially optimize the management of the necessary financial reserves. As system and software architects, we are initially part of the overall development team in an advisory capacity. In addition to the technical conceptual design, we were also able to use our experience from scaled agile companies to provide helpful best-practice impulses at the beginning, which can also be applied in smaller teams and contribute to improvement. The project has only recently started. Once the preparatory tasks have been completed, we will support the development with our specialists.
